Shipping

We ship across India. Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours of being placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 working days depending on your location.

  • Free shipping on all prepaid and COD orders above ₹1299.
  • A flat shipping fee of ₹59 applies to orders below ₹1299.
  • You will receive tracking details by email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available across most serviceable pincodes. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

Returns & Replacements

Because our products are consumable food items, we do not accept returns once a seal is opened. However, your satisfaction matters to us. We offer a free replacement or refund if:

  • You received a damaged, leaking, or tampered product.
  • You received the wrong item or flavour.
  • The product is past or near its expiry on arrival.

Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@craftfuel.in with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but the replacement/refund policy above still applies for eligible issues.
